Factors such as saline groundwater, high humidity, and chemical exposure contribute to early aging and degradation if left unaddressed. Research indicates that the cost of remediation significantly escalates once defects become visible.

CDE provide expertise in the field of structural assessment, include modelling, analysis and strength evaluation of existing structures.
